Registration fees cover full board and accommodation per person from June 21 to 25, 2026 and include:

• breakfast
• lunch
• dinner
• coffee breaks during conference sessions
• room accommodation in double room (single occupancy or shared)
• city tax of CHF 6.80/day/person

Double room, shared: CHF 725 (per person)

Arrival: Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday June 21, 2026 by 7 pm.  The meeting will begin at 08:30 on Monday June 22.

Dinner is included on day of arrival: 7 – 10 pm
